I build the connective tissue that closes those gaps.     A paid teardown of your lead flow, written down: every place a lead can leak, what it is costing you, and the order I would fix it in. Yours to keep. If you hire me to build it, the fee comes off the project.

    Build and run

    I build the system on the tools you already pay for, test it against real leads, and hand it over documented. I stay on to run it only if you want that.

From first enquiry to a booked job, without a human touching it

Enquiries came in faster than anyone could price them, and the good ones went cold waiting for a quote.

A full intake to booking system. The customer describes the job, more than sixty service pricing rules decide the number, an AI-assisted step drafts the estimate, the quote goes out, and the booking writes itself into Jobber through its API. Duplicate clients, properties, jobs, and visits are blocked before they are created, two requests arriving at the same moment cannot collide, and cancellations map back cleanly. Originally built in Zapier, later rebuilt in n8n for control.

A weekly report that assembles itself

Progress on a multi-unit renovation lived in one spreadsheet that depended on people remembering to update it.

Workers submit a short form from the field on their phone. Every entry is parsed and split into individual task rows. Anything clean flows straight into the tracker. Anything unclear is routed to a review queue where a person confirms it in seconds instead of hunting through a sheet. The weekly summary is generated with no manual assembly, replacing an earlier build that could not be trusted.

A Google Ads account built from zero, and the tracking fixed

There was no advertising account, and once one existed the numbers could not be trusted.

The full account built from scratch. Search and Performance Max campaigns, audience targeting, call and form conversion tracking, video assets, and a verified negative keyword list of one hundred and seventy two terms. I then traced conversion tracking failures across the Google Ads tag, the analytics setup, and the form success event, including failed submissions that were being recorded as wins. Same client as the reporting build above.

Pacific Premier Insurance Associates

Every caller identified before the phone is answered

Staff had to search the system by hand to work out who was calling, and notes were written after the fact or not at all.

An automation that matches an incoming phone number against the insurance CRM, writes the call note automatically, and routes anything ambiguous to a person rather than guessing. Built on the NowCerts and Momentum API, with number normalising so formatting differences do not break the match.

ABAKADA, independent project

A full term of lesson plans from one form submission

Teachers were rebuilding the same lesson documents by hand every term.

A generator that turns a teacher's form submission and the curriculum data into complete, editable Google Docs for the whole term. A queue-based workflow runs the jobs in order, preflight checks catch bad input before anything is generated, and support gating keeps the load manageable. Built and given away.

I am Renz Rodney Ramido. R4 Systems is me, and that is deliberate. You talk to the person who builds the thing, so nothing is lost between a sales call and the work.

My background is operations before it was automation. I ran a business, handled the money, the staffing, and the days when it did not go to plan. That is why I start with where your work actually breaks rather than with a piece of software. The build comes second.

I design and ship using AI-assisted development, which is why a system that used to take months takes days. This website is an example of it. Every decision on this page is one I can explain.
